Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Prepare Skewers: If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking. Metal skewers do not require soaking. Ensure the skewers fit comfortably in your air fryer basket.
  2. Season Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil and garlic and herb seasoning until each piece is evenly coated to infuse flavor before cooking.
