Snickers Pastry Ingredients
- 1 crescent roll sheet
- 2 full-size Snickers candy bars
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Prepare Air Fryer Basket: Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Cut Dough and Candy: Lay the crescent roll sheet flat on a nonstick surface and use a pizza cutter to slice it into nine equal squares. Then, cut each Snickers candy bar into three equal pieces.
- Wrap Snickers in Dough: Place one Snickers piece on each dough square and wrap the dough entirely around the candy, pinching the ends to fully seal each pastry.
- Arrange in Basket: Place the wrapped Snickers pastries into the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced out. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Brush with Butter: Brush the melted butter evenly over the sealed dough-covered Snickers to help them brown beautifully.
- Air Fry: Cook at 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes or until the pastries turn golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
- Serve: Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving for a sweet finishing touch.
Notes
- Ensure the dough is sealed tightly around the Snickers to avoid melting candy leaking during cooking.
- Use parchment paper or a nonstick liner to prevent sticking in the air fryer basket.
- Cook pastries in batches if your air fryer basket cannot hold all nine at once for even cooking.
- Allow pastries to cool slightly before eating, as the melted Snickers inside will be very hot.
- For variation, try using other candy bars, but adjust cook time if needed.
