  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Cook the frozen popcorn chicken according to the package instructions until crispy and fully heated through. Set aside.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare it for baking the assembled dish.
  3. Boil and Cook Macaroni: In a large pot, bring together the 4 cups of water and 2 cups of heavy cream to a boil. Add the macaroni and stir to submerge evenly. Cover the pot, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let it cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
